I have been in my apartment for almost a year now, and so I have seen the change that has occurred from the old management to the new management. They have recently hired new managers, so the team in the office is great now, whereas before they were pretty unresponsive. They are accomodating and friendly. They also care what their residents think and accept feedback readily.
My electric bills are at most $25 per month (total), and everything else works very well. If it doesn't, maintenance comes immediately to fix it.
The location is o.k.. Close to Georgetown, but not much else. The planes overhead are sometimes loud, but you get used to it. I never hear noise from Lee Highway. I am able to hear my neighbors, but management has taken measures to limit the noise.
