Subpar From: andyraz Date posted: 2/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We had maintenance problem on and off throughout our time here, the front office was often nonresponsive it not hostile (though VERY friendly until you've signed a contract), and noise and light pollution is terrible (in fact, it seems a new flight path has developed overhead...) Take most of the positive reviews with a grain of salt... several are either on the same day or straight out of the brochure for the complex.
