Just okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Well, Fort Georgetown is big for the price but the management staff is beyond incompetent. I have had all sorts of problems from the moment I mived in - carpet wasn't tacked down, shower didn't drain, fridge leaked, toilet constantly clogs, etc. It took a couple of months before they would do anything. Now that they know how much I will call if something goes wrong, they generally respond within a week. The management will do things like have all the cars towed with expired decals in the middle of the night and change the washing machines from coin operated to card operated and not tell you. The size is great though. You can definitely hear your neighbors - dogs, music, tv. If you get a bedroom on the corner that doesn't connect with another wall its great, otherwise beware! Its very safe, has lots of parking, is a nice community. One more thing - people don't pick up their dog poop so its smeared all over the sidewalks.
