love it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews! Something must have changed for the better very recently, because we love it here. The office staff have been great (both before and after we signed). Our apartment itself (a tiny studio) is beautifully renovated with everything in working order - no mold or critter infestations anywhere! The one time we had a maintenance problem (the fan on the A/C broke), someone was here within hours to fix it. Of course, the price could be better... I could always move back to South Carolina.
