A great place turned bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   We loved this place when we moved in ages ago. Location was and is wonderful. 1950s place, but well maintained. Went through a remodeling under new management in the 80s. Since then, downhill. Really downhill. Renovation was cheap and shoddy. We have mold problems, lousy windows. Service' Waiting for two years for a rotting exterior door; waiting over one year for two broken windows. Mgmt. never returns calls, seldom answers. Never follows through. Hate to see a great place go to hell. Our days here are now numbered.
