Save you money and rent elsewhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They have updated the place but done so cheaply. If you touch the walls in the winter you can feel just how cold it is outside. They advertise that they are "3 block from the metro" but I never thought it would take 15 minutes to walk 3 blocks. They bend rules for some bit not for others and screw you in the process. Laundry is not even in the building so you have to go outside to do laundry. If walking the nearest grocery store is a solid 15 minute walk away. They charge you for water which until now I had never heard of an apartment doing, but I guess it is just another way for them to make a quick buck. I would high advice people to look else where. Oh and yes it is "pet friendly" if you want to pay $50 extra a month. Good for pet owners, but for those of you who don't own pets, be forewarned that you will sure have to listen to your fair share of barking dogs. Oh and the noise pollution of the highway is drowning when the window are open. So I am sure you are thinking but there are some good reviews . That would be management talking there.
