I am very happy here. The price is much lower than other places, and I've never seen such beautiful floor plans. I did get my smartcard and several of my neighbors did too. The girls in the office are very sweet and the maintanence tech came with in 30 mins of my calling the office. The ongoing construction is my only complaint, and that is more for asethetics than noise because I can't hear it at all from my apartment. The security guard is out every night and that gives me a little "peace of mind"!
