Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
First of all I moved in in October and was told the "clubhouse" and pool would be done by January...It is now JULY and it is not even close to being completed. If you come home after 1030pm good luck finding a parking space, since the parking garage is also not completed. I have lived in many places, and I understand there are quirks about every rental community, but "The Park" takes the cake for being a complete disaster. Nothing like having your AC break 3 times in 2 months in a "new" apartment. The apartments may look nice inside, but fair warning to all...these people will do and say anything to get you in the door, then forget about you.
