I love my apartment and so far have not had any problems with the actual apartment itself. I love the location and the grounds are beautiful. The people that live here seem pretty nice too.

But, I have found that the people who work at the front office will treat you like royalty when they are trying to sell the apartment, but once you sign the lease and move in, they become completely passive aggressive. If you come in for a question, they do not take time to work with you, basically tell you how busy they are and shove you out the door (and that's on a good day). This has happened to me AND my neighbors several times by different staff (the only one I have NOT had this problem with is Kelly). So, if you are looking for quality service from the apartment leasing agents, think again about this complex. I have decided to avoid the staff altogether except once a month to pay rent.
