I totally agree with the other negative complaints that have been voiced here. To put it simply, this place sucks. I have lived in countless numbers of apartments in my life and have never had an experience like this . The staff in the front office are horrible and phony. You are supposedly paying for a number of things that are not even available. They will tell you anything to get you to live here, but after you have moved in, the customer service is horrible!!! If you do decide to live here just know that a world of frustrations and annoyances await you! The only person that is great and helpful here is Roy, the maintenance supervisor.
