I moved here a few months ago and find The Park to be nice apartments. The proximity to DC is great for the money.
I am still waiting for the club house and the garage to be completed. The only problem I face from time to time is parking but when the garage opens I plan to rent a space there.
Honestly, other than parking I have not encountered any problems here. The staff is good and attentive when you go in for any requests.
Its a good place to live and my dog loves it here.
