I have been living here for past couple of months and I have to say its not worth the price.
Some of the problems that I face are:
1) No adequate parking space
2) Apartments are very small, no balcony or patio
3) Call button to apartments still don't work.
4) No luxary at all.
5) Garbage disposal too far off from the apartment.
In a jist it is just not worth it.

I'm scheduled to move in April 1st. The parking makes me so nervous. Wish I would have read the reviews.
