Everyone has an opinion, but you have to put into account that these guys building the apartments are gettin the job done! I understand the issuses w/ parking, and any problems that arise when moving into a brand new apartment, but overall the apartment community is very nice, I wouldn't live anywhere else, as to those of you who had a problem with the clubhouse etc..building something from the ground up is not an easy task there are obstacles for everthing. I agree the leasing staff can have a few "polite" lessons and be alittle more honest when it comes to getting the new tenant packages (bus pass etc..) to us promptly, the maintanance staff has be very prompt since I moved in here last year Roy was always on time and got our problems fixed right away we miss him! Thanks GHA our communtiy is great!
