I've been looking for the apartments in this area for the past 3 years. And let me tell you, Park at Arlington Ridge has the best prices for what they offer. Nice, clean, renovated units, great fitness center and pool, safe and friendly area. Great for families with kids. Of course, the buildings are not of a "castle" quality. You, especially, feel it when you try to put a picture or shelf up on the wall or hear the loud conversation of your neighbors. But, good customer service balances this out. I'v been living here for 3 months now. My washer broke down after 2 weeks. Maintenance showed up in half an hour after I made a call. Gave me a key to a vacant apartment, so I could do my laundry there before they get a spare part to the machine in 2 days. All in all, I'm happy. Hopefully, this experince won't change. Finding a parking on the street may be a problem in the evenings, but they offer covered garage parking for $ 50 per month. My favorite thing about this place is that the number of trees planted around the buildings increases every day.
