I don't need to recap what others have said, so I'll mention the one thing they didn't. Not long after moving in here, I became extremely sick. I still managed to keep the place clean. During this time I had to call to have the air checked. Apparently, they came the moment I stepped out to get the mail. I was greeted with a call from "Michele" not long after. Supposedly, the apt was so filthy that maintainence couldn't get to the air conditioning to check it. EXCUSE ME' I had a small load of dishes in the sink waiting to go into the dishwasher. That was it. The day before I had vaccuumed, mopped and dusted. The only thing blocking them from checking (the unit is apparently in what used to be a pantry) was the dog food bowls. Far be it from me to think they would simply move them out of the way. Aside from insisting that my apt was "just filthy" they knocked over the dog bowls (didn't bother to clean anything up) and left dirty shoe prints on my floor.

Upon getting the call I was informed that if I didn't have things clean for the "mandatory inspection" in a week, I would be evicted. Once again, excuse me' I offered to let them come take a look around instead of just taking their maintainence man's word for it. That wasn't necessary they said. I insisted and was treated as if I was in the wrong.

They never did come for that "mandatory inspection." I never did receive an eviction notice.

To recap, the staff is atrocious, service is slow, they are liars, overpriced and they could care less about their tenants. I can't wait to move.
