It may look nice on the outside and they might have a sparkly clean clubhouse, but the stress you will endure with the management & maintenance staff outweighs the perks. I have had a problem with flies due to mold and mildew for 2 months now and it still has not been resolved. Parking is always a problem anytime after 8 at night. The shuttle is never on time and always crowded. So, please look around before living here... its not worth it!
