My wife and I had a problem with raccoons in our attic (we're on the top floor). The property manager, Wanda, was very helpful and always returned my calls while we worked through the problem. The exterminator caught the raccoon in a live trap and the Park fixed the hole in the attic. The Park even offered to set us up in a hotel for the night if the noise persisted. Besides, the raccoon drama that was solved, we haven't had any problems with the Park. Parking can be a nuissance if you come home after 10 pm, but this is city living so what can you expect. I love the grounds and the ample space in the bathrooms and closets.
