Unprofessional and poor quality leasing staff. Horrible and untimely maintenance crew. Parking is a hassle. The shuttle bus can be unreliable. The cupboards and appliances are of poor quality. The sidewalks and parking lot stay treacherous for too long after it snows. Trash is left around the grounds. Preventive maintenance is non-existent. I have gone without water for more that 12 hours 3 times during the last year where I could not go to work because couldn t shower. Not at all what you would expect from a Luxury Rental Property with at $400 dollar amenity fee and rent at luxury rates.

I have been a resident at The Park at Arlington Ridge for over 2 years and I don't know what this person is talking about. The staff is great from the Management Staff to Maintenance. They change the filters all the time. I believe it is every season which really helps me with my allergies. I don't know what this person is talking about when they say , No Preventive Maintenance?
