Not worth it

I've been living at the Park at Arlington Ridge for a few months now, and I would not recommend it. Sure it looks all nice and pretty up front, but the reality is that the renovations that they have done are very shoddy. They appliances look good because they're "new", but they don't work too well. I wouldn't be supprised if they were an odd model that nobody bought. The dishwasher barely get's the dishes clean, and we end up hand washing often. The carpet looks nice until you go to vacume it. So much of the piles came up that it broke our vacume. I had to get a friend of mine to come in and professionally steam clean it. Afterward he said that the carpet had probably been sitting in a wharehouse for 15 years before they put it down. The only upside is that it is reasonably priced for two roommates, but they are asking WAY too much for the one bedroom. My roommate and I are currently looking at other places and plan on moving as soon as our lease is up.

Agreed. I have lived here for 9 months and am looking to move. Way too small and no storage - for the price we're paying, just not worth it.
