I lived at this place for about 7 months and was very pleased. I would go as far as to say it was one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in (granted I am young and have not lived in many) I lived in building 1533 on 28th street and loved the building. It was recently renovated which was a plus. Its a quiet and clean neighborhood, very pet friendly, pleasant neighbors. Keep in mind these are apartments so of course you can hear your neighbors now and then but noise never seemed to be a problem for me. the staff is friendly but sort of "dissapear" after you move in. parking can be a bit of a pain after 7pm but if you have a problem walking a block every now and then you need to get out and exercise. Yes, it has some cons just like any other apartment but overall its a great place to live, plan on moving in again when I move back to the area.
