This propery claims to be military/government work friendly, but is not. They do not easily allow government workers to break their lease due to travel orders. This is my biggest lament, as they told me that I would be able to get out of my lease if I had governent orders to travel, then charged me one month fee to leave. This property is very pricy, and beware, neighbors tell me that as soon as your lease ends the price increases. The afternoon shuttle picks up only evey 45 minutes from the Pentagon City Metro Stop. Hope you like waiting out in the cold! On the plus side, maintenance has been very responsive and I found the neighbors to be very friendly. A good community of people.
