I have never written a review for anything before but after seeing some of the postings below, I just had to. I am not sure where those people lived before but since I have moved 15 times in the past 10 years, I know, I am talking from experience here! This place is great! They had this great special with no security deposit and 2 months for free (for a one year lease) so, overall, this place is costing me much less than any other would. The location is great, close to everything and they even offer a free shuttle to the metro. they organize cool events, gave me 3 tickets to Mystics game, have awesome and clean pool and are just pleasant to deal with! If anything breaks down, they are on top of it immediately and then even call to follow up. Parking is no problem because you get a permit and can also park on the streets. They are pet friendly and provide baggies and all. The management and all employees are very professional and helpful. I had to move from my previous place on a very short notice and the assistant manager at The Park, went out of her way to help me get everything taken care of. And as others mentioned before me - so far I have not seen one bug here!!!!!!!!!! My previous place - The Carlton, was infested with roaches!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short - I took the time out of my life to write this review because this is a great place and people need to know it!
