I have lived here about a month now and haven't had a problem. The grounds are quite safe, the metro shuttle is prompt and there is a Golds gym in walking distance. The local elementary school rates well and is a quick scenic walk away. I do agree that you can hear neighbors coming and going but not that bad. I would recommend this place to friends.
