We have a 6mo. lease and are moving because of miscommunication about pets (NO dogs, only cats), however most everything else has worked out great! Good deal- all utilities are included!

Management/Staff: Kristine Keefer, the manager, has been very accommodating and the maintenance staff is prompt.

Units: Fairly large living and bedroom, but small kitchen and bathroom. Built 60 yrs ago, so there are old pipes. The water sometimes is rusty (however, turns to a clear color after running for a minute). Our walls seem to be pretty resistant to sound ? only able to hear the music from the girl below. Hardwood floors aren?t very nice looking and they require you to carpet 80% of the floor!! Don?t know why they just don?t carpet all the units!

Parking: They are strict on towing! Be sure to update your parking pass (free). Our pass was expired by only a few days and was towed! Otherwise, there are generally plenty of parking spaces.

Location: Good if you rely on public transportation! Located on the corner of Lee Hwy and North Glebe and just a 5 min. bus ride to Ballston Metro.

Neighbors: Great place- mostly professionals and some families. Everyone is very friendly!
