Apartment community is ok. Management is prompt in fixing any issues, but the property manager Mr. Addul talks trash. When I asked him for a few temporary parking passes, I was astonished when he asked me if I was bringing any girls to the apt...I mean he talks and talks...make personal comments. I lived at parkland gardens for over 2 yrs.

All is good with the apts, but I must caution about the Roaches...Oh God, these apts stink ... no matter how clean u keep the apts, the cockroaches just dont GO AWAY. They are everywhere...even in the Refridgerator. I was sick with them and had to move out. Its a good bet moneywise though!

Oh I forgot, the residents park illegally any where they want. I mean u can see residents parking their cars outside the marked spaces every day. Sometimes getting out of the parking lot becomes a hassel!
