Kristeen Keefer, who I believe is the property supervisor does an excellent job! She is very understanding and trys to help out. But her assistant, ABDUL isn't that good...its sometimes difficult to knw wht he says.
The only Strong CAUTION I have for anyone planning to move in is: Be prepared for facing BUGS...The bugs keep company 365/7/24. BE PREPARED. No matter wht u do, they will not leave ur apt. The management is pretty linient abt it...they have hired Owl's pest control service to control it, but the pestiside they put dosent work.
Since all utilities r included, its not that bad a deal! The units are v v v OLD. Its 1960 built...the heating/AC is inadequate as its old construction. There is not padding in the walls!
