Apartments are small, and the fixtures are the bare minimums -- no bells or whistles there. And, yes, the parking garage is poorly designed. However, despite the miniscule size, cheap appliances and bad parking, you cannot beat the location. And, contrary to others' experiences, I have found the staff to be fantastic. I am very glad I moved there (although I wish the promised full time concierge had showed up as well -- or last someone to let you get packages after 6 and before 10).
