Post Pentagon Row is all about location. That is the best thing it has going for it. The building itself is poorly and cheaply constructed. Expect problems in your apartment, mostly centered around cheap installation or products. Granted, they are eager to fix these problems for you. You know something is wrong with the building construction when you see water damage to a brand new building in the interior halls and lobbies. False fire alarms are a regular occurance due to the stores below. And when the wind blows, take cover! The insulation is worthless.
