Mediocre for the money!

All of the negative comments posted here thus far have been entirely accurate: While the place *looks* good, the construction was shoddy and maintenance is subpar - there's nothing to make you feel like you're living in a ghetto than water stains running down hallway walls. Check out those parking prices: pay $35 for the first spot, $165 for the second'' Residents are apparently penalized across the board for having incomes to support living here in the first place! The real kicker is the mysterious white, incredibly-difficult-to-remove-once-its-gotten-on-your-car drip in the McClellan parking garage that has had its way like a giant well-fed bird with many of the cars that park here. Giving how much it costs to live here, you'd think everything could at least be *nearly* perfect, but I've had more problems in this place than any other previous apartment Think twice before signing the lease!
