If you are expecting to pay low rent, Post Pentagon Row is not the place for you. If you like the convenience of walking to every store imaginable, restaurants and the Metro then you should write the check. I have lived at this community for almost 2 years and I have never had a better experience in an apartment. Although my studio is far from large, I have wisely sacrificed space for all of the amenities. The location here is fantastic-imagine living in a building with the grocery store and walking home from the bar... The maintenance staff here is amazing. I have never waited longer than a day for a request to be fulfilled. The staff is extremely friendly and they have gone out of their way for me on several occasions. At Christmas, they delivered ALL of my packages to my apartment for me (I never even asked for this). They promised me superior customer service and this is exactly what I have received.
