Beware of the reviews posted here that are suspiciously brief and overpraise the staff, as the leasing office is well-aware of the existence of this website.
PROS:
-high-quality fixtures
-optional hardwood floors & granite countertops
-contemporary paint colors
-location
CONS:
-incredibly expensive rent
-wretched and overpriced parking with crappy sensors on the gates; confusing as hell for guests especially
-shoddy build quality, especially in the details; expect crooked installations of cabinetry and air vents
-unless you get a luxury unit, the base units (which make up the majority of the complex) are nothing special at all
-woefully little storage space
-seriously snotty neighbors; expect secure doors to be slammed in your face as though you're a trespassing thug, and if you have the misfortune of locking yourself out of the building, don't expect anyone to lend you a helping hand.
All in all, there are other much more pleasant and reasonably-priced apt complexes in the area. Because of the supposed "cache" of being a resident here, only the most vain and image-conscious who have never lived in a really nice place would laud Pentagon Row.
