Great location, but the construction of the place is shoddy. Just walking down the halls you can see the uneven, amateur paint job. Worse, when one of the many inconsiderate tenants slams their door (which happens AT LEAST ten times a day), it causes all the doors on the hall to reverberate in an incredibly annoying loud manner.

I have also never lived anywhere that has so many ear-splitting false fire alarms.

It is lot of money for a place that seems slapped together.
