We lived in a corporate apartment for one year at Post Pentagon Row. And, while there were minor (yet, quickly focused on and fixed) construction problems -- my husband and I loved living there and will miss it greatly.

How much more convenient can you get' The metro is a simple, short walk. There are great shops and restaurants. The parking is a snap -- don't believe the write ups telling you about fighting with mall trafic. The building is extremely secure and safe (as is the parking lot). And, the staff is extremely friendly and quick to be of help. Not to mention the convenience of living less than a block from a major grocery store chain!

The only down side -- and somewhat disappointing -- to this community is the people living there. They tend to be spoiled slobs who bring Grocery store carts into the building and leave them for the wonderful, albeit overworked, cleaning staff. The residents also tend to throw mail they don't want onto the mailroom floor instead of using the trashcan provided. I think these folks tend to be young, wealthy (because the rent ain't cheap) kids who expect the cleaning staff to pick up after them like their mommies (or maids) did. And, that truly was the ONLY thing I didn't appreciate about living at Post Pentagon Row.

If my husband and I hadn't bought a home in the area, we would have extended our stay. We will truly miss PPR.
