Ugggh--Suckered by the Location

At first visit this place seems 2 good 2 be true due to the location. Well it is. After you move in you?ll learn that the hardware floors have zero insulation between them so the nice guy who lives upstairs sounds like Godzilla attacking Tokyo up there every night, even though he is simply walking to the fridge, etc. until he decides to go to bed at midnight-thirty. I would say that most of the staff is genuinely friendly but a couple are a little strange, sometimes seeming rude, though I don?t believe they?re trying to. No men work on the staff. Parking in the ramp, which is part of the Mall parking ramp, is neat at first, but then really inconvenient once you get out of our private area. Many Mall shoppers act like they?re on the beltway and try to squeeze you out of their way. The gate pass/opener things sometimes don?t take the first time--driving is frustrating enough. The great majority of the residents are awesome and friendly. Of course there are a few door-slammers/"what are YOU doing in here" gazers (bitter old people) like you would find in any place, but who cares about them anyway (no one--that's why they're bitter). They are very seldom. The location is nice access to the Metro and Mall-style shopping. And all of my friends are super envious of my place (hee hee if they only knew...)
