The place shows beautifully. If you are lucky enough to get moved in during their restricted elevator hours, you will find the apartment to be shoddily constructed and the noise from the nightlife that runs on into the night, even on weekdays, difficult to bear. The place is crawling with mice. The only thing worse than the quality of the maintenance is the attitude of the office staff. The promised full-time concierge never arrived and god help you if you ever get a package delivered that you were not expecting. The office is happy to accept packages but you may never know it has arrived. There is no reporting of deliveries. They charge a whopping $165 for a second parking spot. Guests must pay to park. There is no single point of contact in the office and follow through is non-existent. There are plenty of cheaper places to live in the area. I?ve paid half the price and received three times the level of service at other places. Rent from one of them!!
