I lived at Pentagon Row for Two years and once I moved, my quality of life became better. The only time the office staff truley is helpful, would be the time you tour their property, the day you move in, when your apartment is up for a renewal, or they are interested in you unprofessionally. The Management is condesending, and misleading with any problems that might arise. Good luck getting any small problem solved. The Property manger has real issues!!

Parking is a daily challenge. If you get home any later then five p.m. good luck finding a space. You will walk a mile every evening from your car to your apartment. Safety' How safe is that' Oh, you can't forget about how the parking garage will leak on your car every snow or rainfall. Sure they will tell you " It will be taken care of" but how valuable is your time'

The maintence staff is cool, and seem to be the only people who care about the residents. They respond in a reasonable manner.

The retail shops, grocery store and eating establishments are nice to have below. But if you live on the plaza, good luck getting a good night sleep. The skating rink is noisy, and the bars don't help.

I would look elsewhere. The location and price are not worth the stress.
