If I could only write about location, then this would be a perfect place. HOWEVER, this place bites and I have been here for almost 2 years. Please note the following:

-several leaks from my air conditioner making my carpet wet and drenched
-I can hear my neighbors constantly
-the staff constantly changes and are oblivious to what is really going on
-front office mixes up packages
-the gym is small and never kept up to date (it took them 6 months to fix the rowing machine after constant complaining)
-business center is a room with a computer that is outdated, printer is always out of paper, copier is always broken, the fax machine doesn't work and you have to pay for long distance faxes)
-lobbies of all buildings smell like garbage!
-this place is was out together like legos and it breaks all the time!

I just looked at this apartment and was surprised to see how ratty Pentagon Row apartments looked on the inside. The apartments are only about 6 years old but the building looked so ruined down. It was too much money for nothing no front desk, the business center was one computer, one fax machine. The whole place just looked tacky. The leasing agent was some airhead 18 year old who could answer most of my questions. Also, I was told that if I wanted a remolded kitchen it would cost me an extra $65.00 per month for my rent for a studio would be about $1600 for a studio. 500 square feet. No thank you i will keep my one bedroom for $1400 800 square feet!
