I just moved in recently and I already love it here. Two things I love about this place are the location and the security. I love the location because it is convenient to shopping, dining, metro, and D.C. I hardly drive anywhere because everything is right here. Everything is secure, you need a key FOB to access any of the entrances to the building. In the lobby, there is a camera that you can view from your TV to see the people who are calling up to you to get in the building. The resident parking in the garage requires a remote to get in, which is great. The only bad thing is that if you lose your key FOB, it's impossible to get in! :) It is also very clean.

The management is friendly, but I didn't get the feeling that they would go out of their way for me. They do the bare minimum and nothing spectacular. No move-in specials, and they're only open mon-sat business hours. During my move-in process, I had to ask them EVERYTHING, they hardly did anything for me. The only thing they provided was basically my keys, and the rest I had to figure out myself. It says that when you move in you would get an extra 30 minutes of orientation time to the apartment complex, but they didn't do that for me. Would have been nice to know at least where to throw my trash! (There are trash chutes on each floor).

The business center is open 24 hours, but is in a small closet space with one computer. Printer hasn't been working since I've moved in. Indoor pool is nice and clean. Gym is 24 hours which is great! Never crowded since I've been here.

Very quiet, I rarely see my neighbors walk even in the hallways.

Overall, an excellent place to live so far.
