There is no contact with the leasing office or sense of community. Don't expect to greet your neighbors or see the same ones on a regular basis. There is no outdoor pool and that is a deal-breaker if you are going to live in Virginia and have to commute to DC. If you want to optimize your living experience, make sure you get on the top floor or you may have to listen to your upstairs neighbors click-clack on their hardwood floors.
