Needs Plenty of Work

My husband and I together lived here a total 18 months, and what began as a blissful affair ended in disgust and disappointment. For the amount of money charged, one should receive service equivalent of the Ritz or the W Hotels.
The staff is young, and yes, immature. The concierge that was promised upon leasing was never provided. The maintenance staff was less than attentive and polite, let alone prompt.
The apartments are beautiful, however, the construction leaves much to be desired with noise issues if you live anywhere but a top level unit. Post spent lots of money on the visual amentities, which was greatly appreciated.
The worst part about living here was the parking and package delivery. To make a long story short, we got trapped in the parking garage the night we were in labor with our first child! Our packages were repeated trapped in the "leasing office" without notice of receipt.
This property has all the makings of greatness, however, it needs a service attitude adjustment and more reliable parking gates!
