Had Security issues plus Customer complaints not handled to satisfaction

Overall it is a nice place, however I did have a few issues: 1. An office staff member gave my apartment key to a cable person without my approval. I has explicitly told the management that my children would be visiting, so I would need to know if anyone was coming to the apartment. The cable guy walked in on my children who were in their underwear. I asked for an additional lock to be put on but was refused. Next the life guard at the pool was extremely rude to my children. I was wrong to allow them to go to the pool without me, but because I noticed other children that were much younger and not swimmers on several occasions I felt comfortable allowing my children to go there to do their daily laps. (They are all on the swim team). The life guard was extremely rude to my girls and then asked them personal information. When I brought this up to management I did not even get an apology from the life guard. I arranged for a meeting with management but then decided it was not worth the effort if I could not affect change. Maintenance was usually quick and overall staff is friendly.
