Although the building itself is very old and there is a little bit space between windows and the wall (oh well, you don't have to pay any utility so what the heck), the staffs are very nice and friendly, no utility required (everything is included!! Great Deal!!), quiet (no party!), nice neighborhood, 24hrs front desk so you don't have to worry about getting packages while you are out, 2 mins to Georgetown, 10 mins walk to the metro, a lot of restaurants within walking distance, etc etc.... The landscaping is alwasy great, they always maintain everything pretty and neat. (In spring and summer, alwasy a lot of flowers...)

I like the apartment a lot, nice location & reasonable rent.
