Great place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Wonderful proximity to metro, great resturants, movie theater, DC etc. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rent goes up about 70 bucks a year, it would be nice if there was some more security for residents that this wouldn't happen. Grounds are well kept, cleaning staff is excellent.
