The renovation began last April and is way behind schedule. It's so loud I can't be in my apartment from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. The dust is horrible, and full of asbestos from the brick exterior being renovated. The quad they are working on should NOT be occupied during the renovation due to health hazzards. The management does absolutely nothing about it and this year my rent increase was more than $80 per month. I guess we are all paying for the new windows. Don't even think about renting here! It's the worst. I have an old kitchen, no diswasher and can hear everything my neighbors do. You'll come home with a load of groceries and find no parking anywhere near the building, especially now with all the renovation materials lying around.
