I have been here for almost 1 year and during the months I have been here I only saw maintance only a couple of times. They don't clean the apartment hall ways. The floors are NASTY with dead bugs and dirty stains. It has been 1 week and the same spot of coffee stain is still there and the same dead bugs are still there as well. I finally after 2 days of dead flies in front of my apartment door I (who am not being paid for) had to clean up the mess. I don't want to walk in a dirty building.There are bed bugs in these apartments and RATS. Yes Rats. These look nice and renovated but I think they forgot to take out the rats in thesea apartments. The manager is a ------- from hell. He is a lazy bastard that does nothing to make the situation any better.His attitude sucks and acts like a wonderful person when you are looking for a apt but when you are here WATCH OUT. He can't be MAN enough to do things himself he has his assistant do all the Bad work. The laundry room looks like a homeless lives in it. They don't maintain the washer and dryer.Oh there is so much more but since I am so limited on how many words I can say on this. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. When my contract is over ---- Management at Quebec Apt. He talks about violating codes on the contract but I believe there is a code where they are suppose to maintain the appearance and cleaniness of buildings as well.I am sure if I get a petition of Violating the contract there will be so many people that would agree.I am done but each person who likes to live in a atmoshphere like this best wishes.

Just to let you know---there is a contractor that comes out ( twice a week) to clean hallways. You live there so that means YOU make the mess...well you and your neighbors. Clean it up. The managemnt isnt your babysitter and/or housekeeper. If you get it dirty between the times they come out, you clean it up. You made the mess. It sickens me that everyone needs help nowadays. You can't just do it yourself instead of b*tcking about?
