Decent location but really shoddy apartments

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Right near the fire station so don't be surprised if you're woken up at 3am with the noise of a fire truck tearing around the corner. Pretty ghetto overall, but probably the cheapest thing you can get in that location.
