Quincy Plaza Apartments are excellent! They are one of a very few upscale apartments in Arlington. The place is brand new, very modern and really fancy. Reception and ground area amenities are amazing, the gym is wow, and the apartments would make you believe that you are in Milan, or Monaco not that you are in Ballston, VA USA. It was my first and only kitchen in the renting apartments in the DC that we saw to have a modern flat stove-top; and I know they pump up the price for P versus those outdated spiral stoves, that we saw in the States.

Unfortunately, we couldn't afford it, as it was $1,705 for a one bedroom annual deal. Although, we almost took it.

I??ve to emphasize that this place has a very honest and rear to find policy, that there are NO HIDDEN FEES INDEED. All utilities were included, one vehicle place in the underground garage. You pay the move in fee once ($400), and application fee of $50 per person and that??s it. No annual amenity fee or parking place fee. If you want to rent a state of the art conference room with 50?? plasma, you just put $300 deposit and they give you money after you are done.

Btw, the place is going to have a convenient shop, bank and a coffee shop in it. Do we need to be pickier' Who can afford it, just go for it.

And I really don't understand the reviewer who commented the leasing agents, as the discriminating ones, as he figured out that they thought that he had been ----'! Come on man, we are new here, and speak English with an accent, and we still remember our young leasing agent, who was so great; her name is Brittany. Amazing, for such a young girl to be so professional.
