I applied for a 1 bd on June and just moved in. So far so good, the same customer service has been provided from day one til present. I wish the balcony were a little bigger and the swimming pool ready to go. I see myself watching guys next summer since my view is right above the pool. I recommend checking out such building since the price is about the same as Charles E. Smith properties but yet you get a lot more for your $$$$$.
