Moved in a week ago and everything went very well. The staff accommodated my less than punctual moving crew and I was able to setup a storage unit in 20 minutes since I didn't throw quite enough stuff out before the move.

The building is very upscale, marble floors, well equipped fitness room, pool tables, etc. Staff are all very friendly and are a very nice change from my prior experiences with apt complex staff.

A few things that fall into the nice to have category but since I knew ahead of time, can't complain:
1. Construction noise - the upper floor units are still being worked on and you can hear the work (drill/hammer) after 8:30 weekdays. Not a huge deal as I will start work next week but does keep one from sleeping in except for weekends. Also a construction project (new building) going up across the street generates its own noise.

1b. Speaking of noise, it is dead quiet at night, no street noise at all.

2. Parking - all assigned but tight spaces, if you have larger than a mid-size, ask to get an end-spot so that there is a pole on one side and no parking to the other.

3. Would like screens on the windows, I like fresh air and had a huge fly buzz in on the first day. (The windows slide horizontaly so permanent screens shouldn't be too hard).

That's about it for now, the prices are frankly high relative to a non top 10 cost area in the US. Relative to to going market, it is competitive with utilities included and having laundry in unit is very nice.

Lastly, the location is great! Between Ballston and Virginia SQ, there are tons of restaurants, shops, banks, a movie theater, even the polling place for the area is only 1.5 blocks away.

Dealing w/ Sandra and Tammy have been a good experience. This ladies are helpful, and readily able to resolve any problem. I've been in the building since July.
**Parking spaces are very tight, and the bldg. is getting quiet noisey (kids partying on the weekend). The location is good, and a quick subway ride to Washington, DC.
One thing I found out..don't deal with Mgr.Carol...she has a nasty attitude.
