Dittmar takes care of people From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is my third Dittmar owned apartment in the last 10 years and I have had mostly good experiences with the company. They hire good staffers who know the residents by sight and keep track of details. Maintenance doesn't always respond promptly but they fix the problem when they come. My one complaint is that as Dittmar properties become bigger, the turnover in the buildings has gotten higher. Expect for one neighbor I have never seen anyone else on my hallway. The gym is great but somewhat crowded at peak hours and people don't always respect the facilities. The best thing about this building is the utilities included and the location.
